From the humble beginnings in 2000; VanGieson Custom Machining has seen how consistently providing high quality tooling, prototypes, and one-of-a-kind parts can result in overwhelming organic growth driven by word-of-mouth and repeat customers. We believe that by avoiding the distractions of production part runs, we have been able to deliver superior quality to our customers. It is extremely rare that anything we produce would exceed a tolerance of +/- 0.005 on critical features.
Through the years, VanGieson Custom Machining has continually expanded our services and capabilities. In addition to fabrication of injection molds, resin transfer molds, paraplast molds, and composite molds, we now offer CNC programming services (Mastercam and Catia - up to 5 axis), reverse-engineering services, and inspection services (utilizing FaroArm® Platinum and Verisurf® software).
